At Pure Hearts Candle Co., every candle is handcrafted with love, intention, and the highest quality ingredients. Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we want every experience with our products to bring you joy and peace.

All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions

Because our candles are handcrafted consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. However, we absolutely stand behind the quality of everything we make.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pureheartscandleco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pure Hearts Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with them. We're happy to assist however we can.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and we may be unable to cancel it.
